Chris Collins. In 2017 he, his family, and friends were majority members of that Australian biotech company. He found out their newest during a meeting the fdc wasn’t going to approve their drug. He then told others he knew.Then the company made all sorts of claims like it was going to be approved. He ended up being sentenced to 26 months. Lying about something which can affect prices is a crime. Chris was a case in point.
