(1,111 posts)He wont release his medical records. Its clear SOMETHING is off. He was always a sickening, mean spirited liar. Now his rallies are filled with slurring and off topic nonsense. The fact they admitted he is exhausted tells us its probably worse. Credible people have said hes used drugs a long time. So all I can say is, if hes not using drugs, he should start. Whatevers wrong with him seems to be getting worse.

Has the Trump campaign been trying various meds to get him through his rallies, court appearances, his debate, etc.?
Remember when his campaign ended the questions and removed him from the stage at the Black journalists press conference? He had spewed his racist BS about Harris suddenly "turning Black." Prior to that, he had been ruthlessly hostile to the journalists asking him questions.
Trump's rage when he had to appear in court for his trial appeared to have been controlled by medication, causing him to sleep in the courtroom.
His rage escalated when Biden stepped down and Trump had to run against a Black woman who is several years younger than him, more physically fit, more personable, and more attractive. We saw his rage spill out before he was removed from the stage, ending the questioning with Black journalists.
So, has his campaign been trying various med combinations and changes in meds to keep him calm but still able to appear at rallies?
At the Oaks, PA town hall that he turned into a weird music festival, Gov. Noem was there to keep him on topic and to guide him through the questions. Was that because he was on a new med combo and the campaign thought that he needed a handler to see him through it?
The room at the town hall was hot and stuffy, causing people to faint. Trump made a passing comment about the lack of air conditioning, but his reaction to that was milder than usual when something goes wrong. The stuffiness and fainting of two people might have been cause to cut the town hall short, with just a couple more questions and shorter answers than his usual rambling. But Trump's switch to music and the way that he nicely requested Ave Maria to be played was a pretty gentle reaction for Trump. His swaying to music, spaced out facial expressions, and lack of a temper explosion struck me as odd when I watched. But if he was on a new tranqilizing med, that would explain it.
If meds were part of the problem that day, did his campaign decide to sideline him for a while to take him off of that med and find something else to get him through his appearances?
