He isn't wearing a standard food preparation uniform. His clothes are not sterilized and can spread bacteria. And he isn't wearing sterile vinyl gloves or a hair net/cap. Throw out those fries! Call the Board of Health!

4. I was hoping that they would splatter some of the hot grease on him, but I'm glad it didn't happen. It is a hot job,

to watch the fries cooking and making sure that they don't burn being in there too long.

That is the easy part of doing fries.

The hard part is cleaning later, dumping the old grease into a grease trap, cleaning the general area around the fryers up, and then pouring in new grease. That's the yukky part I never liked. And we had two fryers too, not just one. You usually had both of them going at the same time.
