6. I don't know the reason he didn't show

but two possibilities are that he's so far gone his babysitters wouldn't let him on, or the crowd was too small and Trump was furious.

The reason he is often hours late starting to speak at his rallies is that he's waiting for the crowd to get bigger.

In any case he doesn't give a shit about his supporters. It's nice to think some of them realized it.
