1. McDonald's has come out and said it was the chopped onions.

They bought. There have been countless cases of e-coli caused by pre-chopped onions, lettuce, meats, etc. . Were all of those also some kind of conspiracy? Was it a conspiracy when Boars head’s recall happened? Recently Trader Joe’s, Walmart, Publix, etc. have all put out recalls on different foods.

When you put any food through extra processing it increases the chance of contamination. Chopping or grinding any food increases the risk unless strict cleaning procedures are followed. Companies not following procedures is that somehow a deep state conspiracy. No it’s a companies fault.
