Manhattan Judge Makes MAJOR DECISION on Trump Sentencing - Legal AF

If the Manhattan DA has its way Trump will be sentenced now to years in prison for his 34 Felony Count Conviction, but serve his time starting in 2029, seeing his election as only providing him "temporary immunity" that ends when his term ends. Michael Popok is @ The Intersection to explain what is likely to happen next with the conviction and sentencing. - 11/19/2024.

3. That's the rub, he hasn't been sentenced yet. They keep delaying it and now they say presidential duties come first.

That's why they are postponing any sentence - including jail - until after his term. And that does not bode well, don't why this hasn't been mentioned, since we know how tough it was to get him to leave office the last time.

... unless, of course, the time for his term has expired. Oh well, sucks to be a criminal. At least it should.

9. I could not agree more! How can we possibly have a criminal serve as president??

He has 34 felonies and attempted to overthrow the government (which violates Constitutional Amendment 14, Section 3), not to mention he still faces charges for these unconstitutional actions on January 6th and his theft of classified documents - which jeopardized national security!
