1) Popular Vote Compact. This is an agreement by states having at least 270 EC votes to award them based on the national popular vote.
2) Constitutional amendment. Practically impossible because small EC vote states (blue and red) would not ratify.
3) Article 5 Constitutional Convention. This is unwise (probably) due to the 'Genie out of the bottle' problem but could get rid of the EC
4) Revolution. Problematic/catastrophic for many reasons but would get rid of the EC.
