Appeals Court Sides With Judge Boasberg & Against Trump Administration In Deportation Case - Glenn Kirschner
The DC Federal Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Judge James Boasberg's temporary restraining order would remain in place, rejecting arguments from Trump's DOJ lawyers to lift the ban so they could resume deporting Venezuelan immigrants without honoring their constitutional due process rights to notice and opportunity to be heard.
