All one has to do is look at the network's "content" for five minutes, and in that short span, one would be blitzed with propaganda about how "illegals," liberals, Democrats and in particular, Barack Obama and Hillary are at this very moment (!) utterly destroying the country.
They use a formula akin to that which was effective in 1930s Germany:
-Be afraid. Afraid of change, strangers, minorities, women, gays, anyone who's not white. Because they're coming for you, to take away your rights, your freedoms, your life. And never forget that liberals are making this ALL happen TO YOU.
-Get ANGRY at all these things that are making you afraid. Your life shouldn't be this, we know.
-We are the ONLY network that will tell you about scary stuff that SHOULD make you angry. Trust us-- be angry at those individuals and institutions that we specifically name for you.
-If you go elsewhere for information, you will be deceived, and that should make you even angrier.
-Now that your anger is stronger than your fear, and you can barely keep up with events that are making you feel so enraged and marginalized, we will instruct you on how to direct that anger at the ballot box.
-The great patriotic leader you helped elect is under attack by dark forces. Maintain your anger, do not give an inch. Do not listen to anyone who supports Democrats and liberals, they are godless and want you to suffer.
-MOST IMPORTANT: Do NOT turn us off. If you do, you will miss critical information on how you're losing control of your life to [insert outrage-du-jour here]. We're your friend, that's why we're talking about everything that you'll never hear on mainstream sources.
-Love America unconditionally. Be a patriot. We're like family now. We'll never steer you wrong. We know what's best. We know SECRETS.
