(5,193 posts)19. This process would bring everything out, plus
it would make it clear that Republicans in the Senate won't do what they should do once all the evidence is out there. Not only is that a win for perception of the public, Tribe makes a very strong case that doing this is the constitutional duty of the House Dems.

It is more than censure though. It would be full investigational hearings resulting in "findings"
