Symptoms include repetitive motor tics like unwanted and disjointed hand movements, grimacing, eye blinking, head jerking, and vocal tics like repeating nonsensical phrases, yelling insults, uttering obscenities, constant sniffing and other Trumpian behaviors. Anyway, that's what some people are saying.
