If store does nothing write to management about what happened and how you don't feel safe shopping there and would have to stop going there unless they enforce certain rules.
For bigger stores they should hire professional security instead of relying on regular employees for emforcement.

I say loudly to my daughter, "HONEY, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR MASK ON APPROPRIATELY"

I call them out. But I do it by saying very sincerely and loudly, "Thank you for wearing a mask."

I go to the checkout counter and tell the clerk, nicely, that as long as you sell these people stuff

I had a couple walk right into a grocery store without masks. They were brazen about it.
