(25,102 posts)People on Twitter can foreward it to people they know, but chances are that their friends are politically similar to them. They can include people they know who are less actively aware of politics and issues. They can also send it to people they know who are Republican, even Trump supporters and ask why Republicans support people like Trump and like the Congress members who align themselves with Trump.
A few years back, the neo fascists were gaining ground in France. Marine la Pen was the RWer who ran against Macron. Activist spreading of messages about neo fascism helped defeat Le Pen. Granted, the French had past experience with fascists, but it shows that spreading the word can help.
Also, we need to build up Biden in the public mind because people don't look to the alternative when they are happy with what they have. We need to be not only against fascists, but strongly for things that benefit people and make sure that they know it.
