I heard some talking heads saying the military could recall retired officers on disciplinary matters. It would seem to me that a general (who has taken an oath to defend the constitution) who does such a thing publicly no longer stands by his oath and should be disciplined. What he is saying seemingly implies “traitor” to his oath.
