it is ultimately owned by some LLC under his Wife as Director. The whole shootin' match is hiding under some kind of tax free, charitable network of organizations with a grandiose religious sounding title, and no record of payment to anyone other than certain nominal board members. Most likely modeled on something like Samaritan's Purse with advice from Franklin Graham, himself
