Was that you behind that fluffy white beard? And yes, don't park in handicapped spaces and don't block them by parking too close. My wife is in a wheelchair and we see jerks doing this all the time. Can't even get her in her wheelchair because someone has parked in the blue area next to the parking spot. We were at the doctor's office and one of the employees was the culprit! Oh, we had a few words with that employee and the office manager! I was full on Karen that day, lol. But seriously, who blocks a handicapped space but a selfish jerk?
