goes on about nonsense like Hannibal Lector, sharks, etc. and a lot of name calling and “this person is bad” or “that person did a terrible job” or “so and so is low IQ”. The closest he gets to policy is “drill baby drill” without further elaboration.

His rallies are a mouthfull of nothing. They actually demonstrate how “low IQ” he is.
