three? times so far selling Rx info, as well their personal info to anyone who wants to buy it.

The Feds keep fining them larger and larger amounts and they just keep on doing it because the CEO is making massive bonuses. He even gloats over the fact that the company pays the fine, he walks away with no penalty, and the fine is a tax deduction......
