2. Here is a model to alleviate childcare costs,

Larger companies (around here) have an activities center/daycare in close proximity to the main building for the employees. They have certified daycare workers ( I know I know, Mr. eyeliner thinks being certified is nonsense.)

There is no cost to the employee, just a nice perk. They can work out and stay healthier (good for the company and worker.) Their children are right next door and safe.

For smaller companies, definitely more of a challenge, but we, as a community can figure it out.
