38. It seems to me there is a bit of ageism in these replies.

This woman is 79 and out hiking. 79!!! I say more power to her. I couldn’t follow the link so have to assume she knew what she was doing and had been doing it for many, many years. She fell. If you have been out hiking, you know that happens.
I am, I suppose, categorically elderly. I hike. I could fall and I don’t expect anyone to carry me out of the woods. I suppose I could play it safe and sit in a rocking chair all day, but keeping moving is keeping me moving.
