2. Really interesting situation. Will he caucus with Democrats?

He has kept it tight to his chest, which is smart given the state.

I tend to think if either side has a clear majority, he joins that caucus.

The real question is what happens if there are 50 Republicans, and he chooses who gets the majority.

Fischer is apparently very unpopular, and with Tester in trouble, this could be the most consequential Senate race of the cycle.
