As one who just went through our massive wildfires a few weeks ago, I cannot stress the need for that. Well-meaning people who had never been around horses out there trying to load a horse trailer or who'd never hiked our mountains taking off on foot trying to check for survivors who failed to evacuate (and that's the "short of it..." )
This too shall pass, but until then take it one day at a time. Things will get better..

My cousin lives in the area and posted pix of the art center and it is devastating. Looks awful.

Looks like the buildings were flooded to the roof. Pix of the inside after the water went down was devastating.
