TBH, I can't stand the prolonged exposure to his visage required for a careful analysis, but my own ad hoc observation is that his complexion does just look dirty and patchy. And Lord knows I'm no skincare expert, but I wonder if there could be some sort of exfoliation-gone-wrong that left an irregular partial layer of skin cells that might take the bronzer differently? Plus, he has always had white areas around his eyes and hairline suggesting he's not skilled at applying/blending the bronzer.
It doesn't really matter, of course, but for a man so apparently vain and with supposedly unlimited resources to spend on his appearance, it is a little surprising to see the outside begin to resemble the ugliness on the inside of the man.
