That picture of him flying off to Cancun while people were freezing to death should have been the end of old Rafael's career.

He votes against infrastructure money coming to Texas. He helped kill the immigration bill that would have brought a bunch of jobs to Texas.

I'd say "he hates who we hate" but he isn't even an old white guy. Seriously Texas, how could anyone vote for this slimy, cowardly, pile of excrement.
