The chapter down here would contract themselves out to bigger gangs to be the mules for cross-border human and firearms trafficking.
Useless slacker bois with sadistic streaks who couldn't even manage to hold down day-labor work.

Back when I worked the shipyards, some of my crew and some subs knew gang members and would occasionally talk about them.
