The Fucklebutts were probably fine with the Mexicans as long as they stayed on their own side of the border, taking fentanyl from China and manufacturing it into lookalike prescription pills and lacing every other street drug with it. They were the importers and manufacturers of the raw material. The Fucklebutts were the wholesalers and distribution network.

The W.O.D. is not working. It has to be rethought.
