And whether or not SCOTUS ruled fairly in 2020, that might not be the case in 2024; in a way, the conservatives are more organized now due to frantic poutrage (for various reasons - I suspect mainly because they expected more of a centrist Democratic Status Quo they could easily leverage support from during this term, not for Biden to actually make significant progress going so far Center-Left New Deal on them).
Especially as the masks are slipping from so many of them and their supporters.

The Fasci-Right Wing Unsuffragettes think they're organized enough for a takeover.
I don't trust the radicals on SCOTUS not to make their move now that any cover they had is gone.
