5. I think there is a concern

that if the race is close (or even if it isn't close) the fascist.. err, Republican ... party will challenge the election any way they can. This may include trying to use the Supreme Court to challenge it. If the Supreme Court gets involved post election, there is a belief that they will do everything they can to give the Presidency to Trump.

How true any of that is, I don't know. What we can do about it if it is true I also don't know. Why other people had to be snarky in their responses to you is yet another thing I don't know.
