... the driver didn't have an up-to-date CDL.
Plus, I hear he failed the field sobriety test when he couldn't open the cab door and then kept insisting that he was the winner of the 2020 presidential election. Probably didn't help that he kept addressing the (6-foot-6, African American) arresting officer as "Nancy Pelosi".
