It's like he doesn't want to be President again.
If he loses the election, he can still do rallies, play the martyr, whine to his heart's content
His upcoming trials? He believes he can delay-delay-delay just like always.
If he loses, he can sit on the back-bench and throw bombs.
He can golf.
If he loses, he won't be bothered with all that Executive Branch stuff. Like governing.
