43. Actually, he had just answered his phone.

So whoever was on the other end was someone he wanted to impress. I can just hear him saying to that person that he had to "straighten out his liberal cousin." He has been trying to work his way up in the party for 30 years. He claims he "met with trump and he's going to appoint me ambassador to Lebanon" and that he "ran trump's campaign". He has never gone beyond 'press secretary' for a local repug rep 30 years ago. He's getting crazier lately because a whole lotta crazy has stepped in front of him in his party. Must be very frustrating for him.
