(5,249 posts)48. This right here is the reason I made sure that I voted October 8 on the first day of early voting.
There were many cars in the lot when I went to vote, but I was able to walk right in, get signed in and head right over to a machine. I realize not everyone can do that due to family and job commitments, but there has been voting the last two weekends in addition to the the weeks it was available during the week.
I implore everyone who insists on voting in person to have a plan for '28 to do so earlier in the process. I only say that because looking at those pics makes me wonder how many people saw that and just turned around and went home, and that would be a shame.
