49. I'm watching "Nightmare Tenants, Slum Landlords"

Also, I don't need to bother watching the returns, because I already know Harris will win, although I don't know by what kind of margin. A man named Alan Lichtman has correctly predicted election results since 1980 based on 13 keys, as he calls them. He's also predicted back to 1860, again using those keys. Just Google "Alan Lichtman" and watch any one of the interviews with him.

I'm just hoping Harris will be declared our next President early enough for me to justify opening the small bottle of bubbly I've bought for tonight.
