and mowing people, children and everything it their path down.
That is a strictly U.S. phenomenon in peaceful settings.
I am not speaking of war zones, I am speaking of gunmen in shopping areas, schools etc....

Yes TRICARE for life covers expats in Egypt. Medical costs in Egypt are very low.
