27. "F*ckers thought it was just a football game"

That is exactly what MAGA thought. I had made a post about this earlier, that my fear about Trump would win because his base would be treating this election like some sort of rival football game and their sole focus would be on winning that game, not the consequences. All they wanted was that short adrenaline moment of "in your face libs!".

They are taking us all down with them, and don't even realize that yet. But they will soon enough, and it will be too late.
