2. The repubs Will Make The Rules In The House, And May Get Rid Of Filibuster In Senate

The rules are set at beginning of each Congress, and they may decide to not put the same clause in their rules about vacating leader.

They won't be as wishy washy as Democrats when it comes to eliminating filibuster.
