38. Many seniors want to age in place, in their own homes.

I live in a mostly senior community. There are many in their 70's-90's and I have seen the people who are hired to help them stay in their homes. In fact, I just met three of them. They clean house, they do yardwork, they do odd jobs inside that the owner of the home can no longer do. The irony is that some of the home owners in here are racist to the core, but when they can't do something themselves any longer, they are the first to hire anyone regardless of their skin color. Such hypocrites.

The three women that I met this week are just about the nicest people you could ever meet and they are very hardworking.
