They are just too stupid to even understand this dicotomy. We are rapidly approaching a country of majority-minority population.
Preventing abortion will increase the population of those least able to afford this healthcare. Rich white Christo-fascists will travel wherever to get abortions. Everyone else is stuck. The minority population increase will have the exact opposite effect of their xenophobic wet dream.
