9. I make fear my ally. It is designed as a warning system to keep us from danger.

When we fear fear then fear becomes a problem. Our warning system becomes corrupted. We begin to doubt our fear and in turn make wrong decisions that can hurt us.

When you recognize that fear is an important and necessary part of our being then you can use it as the tool it is meant to be. Thank you for keeping me safe fear.
