I needed to hear this at 3 a.m. Wednesday

Of all the terrifying possibilities that have been discussed pre-election through now, I have been looking for people to tell me how much damage is realistically possible and on what kind of timeline. I've been looking for practical advice about what to do to prepare for the next few years.

Beyond that, I 've looking for reassuring information about advance planning and Trump-proofing at the state and federal levels (I say again, surely the world, our world, didn't just assume we'd win).

That's what I've wanted. Not the post-mortem.

And I scared myself good reading Morford's whole list.

I literally just installed Signal on my phone and laptop. I had been planning on getting my vaccinations done (needed to schedule the second hep b shot anyway).
