Legal AF says they will not get far. Listen to the latest one for why: the repukes set us up with a nice set of rules to delay, obfuscate, etc. Chevron. They did this because they wanted an easier way to stop US. Instead they just screwed themselves—as usual.

Be very careful about saying they are going to get anywhere with Project 25. That which you think becomes your reality.

Already McConnell is setting it up for a Senate president who is not a MAGAT. Indications are for some fairly brutal infighting.

Two nights ago I listened to nearly 5 hours of how the left is going to fight back. I actually was in awe. There is a very deep infrastructure there.
