57. Recounts won't do it

Many recounts are simply putting the same ballots through the same scanners. If you want to do it right you have to do hand counted. Otherwise might as well not waste your time. Every state has its own election laws. In some states a recount is literally doing the same thing over again which will result in the same answer.
