I feel really betrayed. [View all]

I am now waiting to see if anybody in the current administration--meaning Biden--takes advantage of the time left to us in order to do something, anything to stop any part of the damage that tRump is obviously going to inflict.

I think a good starting place is to prevent those recess appointments, and then head off any of that effed up legislation which gives tRump dictatorial power against us. I think our guys and gals will do this for us. They know the meaning of it, and will fight for us. Still, the shock of tRump being back in office is all pervasive. I can't believe this is happening to us.

Those idiots who voted for him are going to regret it. We have incompetent people being appointed, or nominated, all of them loyal to tRump. All of that is for the purpose of making tRump an absolute dictator.

We need to look beyond personal prejudice and stick together. He can't do anything if there is nobody backing his play. That basically means the military. Without the military being willing to follow a traitor officer, he can't do everything he wants. He needs the military to threaten us into submission.

I don't know what those tRump voters will feel when they see the first casualties of Civil War 2.0. tRump is not going to spare them any pain. Look what they have done. The best way out for them is to do a complete turnabout and deny tRump any advantage. What will they do if their child becomes ill and they have to resort to a prairie style solution from the 1800s?

Everything we are hearing is pointing to complete dystopian results. He probably can't find anyone of competence to follow him, having used them up in his first administration. But, not to worry. He will repeat the mistakes of his first administration, and fire anyone whom he even imagines is not worshipping at his feet. The churn effect, which we all suffered from back then, will be repeated. Better keep a chart of who is in charge of this or that on a daily basis. He'll crap on every one of them, sooner or later. These pre-inauguration appointments are just payback for the speeches they gave to the press. He isn't loyal to them.

It's hard to imagine that Biden/Harris are just sitting there. They have to be doing something. They have the opportunity to do at least a little something. They are the ultimate power, at least for a few days more.
