Well..would you come in, screaming all over the office, sit in the doctor’s chair, tell him or her what to do and then scream the entire Eagles fight song?

You know, I could use 100 good patients. One more or less is meaningless. You’d be out in a minute permanently.

Patients threatening to leave a practice are more than welcomed to. When someone says that stuff, I stand up and say to the assistant: please provide this individual with a copy of their records and then I just walk out of the room.
