(2,318 posts)You have integrity and a sense of honor. These are good things. Your actions have, and will continue to have, powerful ramifications for the world moving forward. There are many, many people out there who don't have either. They usually succeed in the short term because they cheat - they cut corners, they cheat others of credit (and often money), and they burn bridges. One can do that for only so long before people fight back.
Trump cheats. It's the only way he knows how to operate. Most of the people who know Trump do not like him, but they got pulled into the vortex where up was down and left was right, and many are already regretting it. I don't believe that Trump will be President for long. I believe that someone, as likely one of his disgruntled former followers as anyone, will succeed this time, if not those people who may have wanted to see the GOP back in power but think that Trump has become a liability. He has no friends left who wouldn't turn on him in a heartbeat (*cough* Musk *cough).
