Of course if that were the case there would have been more prosecutions of high ranking officials, SCOTUS would not have ruled the way they did in many cases, the reprehensible Florida judge would have done the right thing and her case would have gone to trial with a guilty verdict and TSF would already have been sentenced to prison - TWICE.
