So, I had some store-cooked chicken breast and (ta-da) a slice of key lime pie.
Hard to resist. Easy to clean.

Since our family is spread out all over the map, we move holidays around (there are some birthdays all within a month or two) rather than let the holidays move us.

Glad you had a lovely dinner.
