Again, I ask, under what legislative or regulatory authority is this unfunded, non-governmental advisory committee of the Executive branch of government working in coordination with the legislative branch of government? Even before the new government takes over and this committee is even created? As of this moment it doesn't actually exist.The entire premise of this committee should be legally challenged as it has no authority, outside public records, to demand anything of any government agency. Request nothing. Fire anybody. Literally do anything.
Yet they are meeting with members of Congress. Make it make sense.
