2. This is sad. When I asked my vet why I needed to vaccinate my indoor only cats for rabies

he replied "what if there was a bat in your attic that somehow got into your house and bit one of your cats." I guess it's worth the $12 for the shot, but I never even thought that it might be a human that got bitten.
