I tend to think that the Mar-a-lago staff must actually LOVE him...they can screw up any meal and he would never notice, especially if ketchup is on the table. They probably defrost some crap, pour something wet and brown over it, and then they go out, get drunk and laugh at the fucking moron while they eat a decent meal someplace else.
